TAO are a friendly team and have been a constant source of support to us for many years. They have always been willing to help us in times of need and will often bend over backwards to ensure we are covered. They consistently deliver highly skilled agency staff, clearly communicate with myself and the ward and generally make my working life that little bit easier. We have developed a great working relationship together and I plan to continue using their services for many years to come.
