For many of our clients, a 'temporary to permanent' solution often works best. Typically, that might mean the healthcare provider has one of our handpicked healthcare professionals working for them for 14 weeks on a temporary basis.
For the employee, it's a chance to see if they're the right fit for the organisation and if the role is for them. For the employer, it's a relatively no-strings arrangement. They’ll hopefully find their perfect partner - but it's also easy to move on to an alternative candidate if the fit isn't right.
Experienced support that’s an extension of your team
Our experienced team will be in touch throughout, monitoring progress and then offering the client a free transfer for the employee to join permanently if the relationship is working after the 14 weeks. And again, we make that transfer free because we don't believe in our clients paying for our services twice - unlike recruiters in the past. It’s about doing the right thing.


Because we've been there with you all along, we'll also help with compliance - we'll already have their right to work and their DBS status on file, records of their training and we can even act as a reference.
It's a simple and effective process that builds a strong, trusting relationship between everyone - the provider, the employee and ourselves, as an agency who are trusted to do the right thing.
