About the Role
We have many different roles for dedicated carers. As a Healthcare Assistant you'll need to be a true 'people person' - someone who is driven by a desire to deliver quality care in a way that always ensures your clients feel dignified and respected.
Often, the care you’ll deliver will be around the clock, so this is demanding work – you will need to be dedicated and flexible, always ready to meet the needs of your clients. Most of all, you will need to be able to quickly and sympathetically adapt your caring approach to the endless variety of personalities (and needs) that your clients will have.
It is a fascinating role that brings different challenges and rewards every day. There are a variety of shift patterns in our caring roles - including half an hour shifts with different clients through out the whole day.
