What is Complex Care?

TAO provides specialised domiciliary care for adults (18-65) facing complex challenges. Our compassionate professionals understand the unique needs of individuals with conditions like autism, learning difficulties, mental health concerns, and physical disabilities. We go beyond physical care, offering personalised support with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation to empower individuals and enhance their lives.

Supported Living

Supported living is typically when an individual has their own tenancy, often in a shared house, but needs some support to maintain their tenancy and live independently. This assistance can include help with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances, along with encouragement to explore hobbies, build friendships, and enjoy an active social life. It’s the perfect choice for those who want to live on their own but still benefit from occasional support from time to time.

Community Support

Home care brings essential support directly to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Support workers assist with personal care tasks and help with household chores, medication reminders, and meal preparation. This option allows individuals to maintain their independence and familiar surroundings while getting the help they need to manage daily life.

Together, we are TAO healthcare staffing solutions

When you need healthcare staff, you need the right people, at the right time.

To get that perfect fit, you also need a healthcare recruitment partner who knows you and our industry, inside out. A team that doesn't believe in just a 'quick fix', like most healthcare recruiters - but who instead is keen to help you to solve the ongoing pain of recruiting the best people.

You need a group of people who you’ll come to see as a part of your team - even part of the family - and who will work with you to offer a better service and solution than healthcare recruiters have done in the past.

Most importantly, you need a healthcare recruitment team of experienced professionals, who have been there and done it, out in the real world that you're operating in, every day.

TOGETHER, WE ARE TAO.

TAO is ‘Together As One’. And in Chinese philosophy, ‘TAO’ means behaving in harmony with all things.

TAO describes our way of working perfectly. We bring a family-driven approach to meeting your needs, so that we can solve your long-term recruitment challenges together, as one team.

TAO means removing any sense of 'them and us', that you might have felt with recruiters in the past.

Most of all, TAO is about building better, stronger relationships together. These relationships are built on understanding the difficulties and pains that you’re experiencing as you try to find the best people for your business – so that we can always offer the service and solution that you deserve.

The aim of domiciliary complex care at home is to support those we work with and help them achieve the highest quality of life possible. We strive to do everything we can to help our clients keep their independence by remaining in their own homes.

As a skilled Healthcare worker, you’ll deliver specialist care under the supervision and leadership of trained professionals. This care may include percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding to stoma care, bowel management or tracheostomy care.
