What is Complex Care?

TAO provides specialised domiciliary care for adults (18-65) facing complex challenges. Our compassionate professionals understand the unique needs of individuals with conditions like autism, learning difficulties, mental health concerns, and physical disabilities. We go beyond physical care, offering personalised support with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation to empower individuals and enhance their lives.

Supported Living

Supported living is typically when an individual has their own tenancy, often in a shared house, but needs some support to maintain their tenancy and live independently. This assistance can include help with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances, along with encouragement to explore hobbies, build friendships, and enjoy an active social life. It’s the perfect choice for those who want to live on their own but still benefit from occasional support from time to time.

Community Support

Home care brings essential support directly to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Support workers assist with personal care tasks and help with household chores, medication reminders, and meal preparation. This option allows individuals to maintain their independence and familiar surroundings while getting the help they need to manage daily life.
